Rolf seriousness Breuer (* 3 November 1937 in Bonn) is a German bank manager.
Breuer is studied and attained a doctorate lawyer. It was from 1985 to 2002 member of the executive committee of the German bank, of it from 1997 to 2002 as a speaker of the executive committee. From 2002 to 2006 he was a chairman of the supervisory board of the German bank. Its successor as executive committee speakers is Josef field man.
Further supervisory board mandates or has Breuer had with E.ON, Munich back, Lufthansa and Siemens. Its mandate as a chairman of the supervisory board of the German stock exchange AG it had to give 2005 up in the context of arguments with Hedge funds, which wanted to prevent an assumption London stick Exchange by the German stock exchange.

The chief executive at that time (and current chairmen of the supervisory board) and Deutsche Bank would have to be responsible for those damage, which would stand with Breuers expressions in a direct connection. Kind and height of the damage are to be clarified in a new process. Kirch lawyer boy announced a complaint in three-figure million height.
Before the background of the continuous Querelen Breuer delivered its post on 3 April 2006 as a supervisory board chairman of the German bank. Thus Breuer on 1 June 2006 of the scheduled general meeting did not have to stand for any more speech and answer regarding opposite Leo the Kirch possibly to carrying out demands for payment of damages.
